Most of today's standard cocktails find their beginnings in the 19th century,
where they were typically served in clubs and public houses. Following the end of
Prohibition, the trends shifted towards "tiki drinks" in the 1940s–50s &
sugary slushies in the 70s-80s. Today, many of the cocktails we enjoy harken
back to the classics, relying on premium spirits & best quality ingredients
for a refined experience.
